We offer Irish dance classes for children aged 5 - 16 years.
All abilities welcome.

All About Kincorragh Academy
The Kincorragh Academy was established in 1996 in Wimbledon, London. My name is Karleen Walker, I founded the academy and have been teaching for over 20 years. I am a fully qualified T.C.R.G registered with An Coimisiun enabling my dancers to compete in both competitions and official grade examinations. All instructors hold current full DBS checks. Lessons are usually held in Stoneleigh, Surrey where the academy are lucky to have the use of a small, personal dance studio where everything has been carefully thought out in order to give all dancers the best possible experience. A step on from the advanced class, these lessons are for dancers who have reached intermediate grade in competition. These classes will be run in smaller groups and are designed to train the dancer for success in future feisanna ( competitions ).

This class is designed for Irish dancers who have previously been taught Irish dance. Covering the basic reel, light jig, slip jig, hop jig, heavy jig and hornpipe, this class will also teach advanced exercise techniques to enable dancers to progress to the next level class. My aim is to ensure everyone gets individual attention while keeping the class collaborative.Want to find out more? Get in touch with me today.
If you’re looking to learn Irish dance then this class is what you are looking for. Designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of Irish Dance and who have had no prior training. I am committed to giving each student attention while also moving the class forward. NB online lessons will not always be able to allow for individual attention during class due to audio issues.I’m happy to answer any questions you have about this class or any others - simply contact us or stop by.
